QUALITY AND SUSTAINABILITY

We operate according to rigorous quality, safety and compliance criteria, because in our sector reliability is built day after day. The starting point is a structured management system, based on organisation, clearly defined roles, procedures and expertise. This system promotes a culture of occupational health and safety, continuous training in hygiene and sanitary matters, and production processes compliant with current regulations, with due attention to the environment.
On this foundation, we have established the safeguards that make our work verifiable. Systematic controls, cooperation with the competent Authorities and operational traceability strengthen the management of ordinary activities and allow us to respond more effectively to emergency situations. In rendering, transparency and method are essential requirements to generate trust and consolidate relationships with customers and stakeholders.
This approach translates into concrete operating practices, including rigorous checks on incoming materials, supervision of CCP and reduced storage times. The result is greater process stability and reduced environmental impact.

GOVERNANCE, ENVIRONMENT
AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

In rendering, sustainability is not a separate chapter: it is an intrinsic part of our work. It means managing sensitive flows through rules, controls and traceability, while reducing impacts and protecting people and the local area.
For this reason, we bring governance and ethics, environmental management and social performance together into a single framework, giving them greater visibility and interpreting them in an integrated way, highlighting the connections between them.

GOVERNANCE AND ETHICS

We operate with an approach centred on responsibility, transparency and verifiability. Rules, roles, controls and training turn legal and market requirements into a consistent working method that remains stable over time.

ENVIRONMENT AND IMPACT MANAGEMENT

In rendering, environmental management is achieved through technical choices and measurable investments. We operate within the scope of Italian Legislative Decree 152/2006 and the Integrated Environmental Authorization, adopting BAT and taking targeted action on water management and odour emissions.

PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES

We promote a structured culture of occupational health and safety, prevention and continuous training. Responsibility towards the community is also reflected in hygiene and sanitary discipline and service quality, within a sensitive and highly regulated context.

VOLUNTARY CERTIFICATIONS

As a confirmation of our commitment to quality, safety and responsibility, we have obtained the main voluntary certifications recognized in our sector over the years.
These protocols involve periodic assessments by third-party bodies: independent audits and controls that make procedures, roles and results measurable, strengthening reliability and continuous improvement over time.

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Rendering activities are governed by specific authorization measures which, depending on the case, allow the performance of a specific activity or the marketing of specific products.
To manage this complexity consistently, we have developed an Integrated Management System: a structured set of procedures, instructions and records that harmonises all current regulatory requirements — Occupational Health and Safety, Hygiene and Sanitary Self-Control, and Environmental Management — making processes clearer, verifiable and efficient.
In a highly regulated sector, this means turning compliance into method and ensuring operational continuity over time.

IN-HOUSE LABORATORY AND CONTROL SYSTEM

Our in-house Quality Control Laboratory provides continuous analytical oversight in support of product and process compliance. With qualified personnel and dedicated equipment, it carries out chemical and physical checks on raw materials and finished products and supports departments in the management of non-conformities and continuous improvement.
Production monitoring is carried out through scheduled sampling every three hours and through shift-based supervision, including samples taken at night and analysed the following day. This approach allows us to maintain batch stability and manage product routing consistently, including separation into silos according to quality parameters relevant to the final use, such as acidity / FFA and commercial characteristics.
Control also extends to environmental parameters. Daily analyses are carried out on wastewater samples leaving the internal treatment plant, supporting operational control and environmental compliance.

THE THREE PILLARS
OF OUR SERVICE

QUALIFIED SUPPLIES AND PARTNERSHIPS

The reliability of our service stems from the quality of raw materials and the strength of our relationships with customers and suppliers. We work with partner companies that share clear standards, traceability and respect for procedures. Collaboration is based on defined requirements and complete documentation, ensuring homogeneous and controlled flows. When management is orderly and verifiable, trust is strengthened and operational continuity is ensured throughout the entire industrial cycle.

EFFICIENT LOGISTICS AND PUNCTUALITY

In our sector, logistics efficiency is an integrated part of quality. Rapid collection and delivery times, reliable planning and prompt management of requests are essential to ensure continuity for customers and oversight of suppliers. For this reason, we organise logistics through structured procedures, suitable vehicles, trained personnel and constant coordination of flows. The result is service regularity and compliance with the required standards, even when operating conditions change.

PROACTIVITY AND RESPONSIVENESS

Market needs are in continuous evolution: specifications, urgencies and operational constraints change. Our strength lies in anticipating requirements and responding quickly and competently, while maintaining controlled parameters and supply continuity. Our internal organisation, technical support and laboratory allow us to manage specific requests and variations in a structured way. This enables us to offer a competitive and reliable response in an increasingly demanding context.
